Century Upholstery Homes may collect the types of information described below in connection with your access to and use of the Site, including your purchase of products through the Site. We may collect certain personally identifiable information from or about you, including your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number. You will also be required to provide a password when you register for an account on the Site. We will use your personally identifiable information to process your orders for products, to communicate with you in connection with your orders, and for marketing purposes.
Purchase Information. All credit and debit card information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor. Century Upholstery Homes does not directly access or handle your credit or debit card information, except in limited circumstances to monitor and prevent praud. If you make a credit or debit card purchase, you will need to submit your credit or debit card number, the expiration date, the security code, and your billing address. Payment by credit or debit card is subject to the approval of the card issuer. We will not be liable in any way if a card issuer refuses to accept a credit or debit card for any reason.
Mailing Lists. If you sign up for our mailing lists, you will need to submit your name and email address. We will use this information to provide you with promotional and other communications regarding your orders. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the applicable email.
Cancellations. Orders may only be cancelled if we have not received your seats or fabric, and we have not begun the cutting process. Once the orders are processed and cutting begins, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as you can if an error has been made.
Returns. If you are unsatisfied with your chair seats for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your returned seats.
