Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations. Orders may only be cancelled if we have not received your seats or fabric, and we have not begun the cutting process. Once the orders are processed and cutting begins, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as you can if an error has been made.

Returns. If you are unsatisfied with your chair seats for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your returned seats. We guarantee the quality of our work and will do our best to accomodate any requests within the first week. If you have any other issues with an order, please contact us here.
